Edited caption (kasi look at my braso): I’ve gained weight, but I am happier. I used to deprive myself and workout to the bone to achieve my goal weight, but I wasn’t healthy. I get sick really often and feel more tired than strong. Now I’m healthier and happier 😊 with a bigger calorie budget, healthier diet and a more lenient workout routine, I am now living my prime. The number on my scale doesn’t determine my worth and beauty. ❤️
Note to all: aim for healthy, not skinny. Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. Your drive to fitness must be to glorify God, not yourself, because you are no longer your own.

FishtoryTeller needed to take break too. So off we went to where the origin of our marine fishes and corals came from. Island life for a few days. Here, corals and fishes are free, take as much as you can . Enjoy!
Blue Ringed Octopus just after finishing an Open Water Course or the best way to be spoiled as a new Open Water Diver ... We had a great dive and found lots of stuff ... thanks to @mermaid_to_be_ with her Eagle Eyes
Island hopping, chilling, sunbathing ☀️
When you’re in El Nido you have to do island hopping as the islands are the most beautiful part of El Nido. There are many different kind of options to choose from when you’re booking an island hopping. You can either take the group tour, private tour, speed boat, kayak by yourself or then the most relaxing way is to do a catamaran tour. There you can just chill at the deck and enjoy 😍
Just be careful, you may get sunburnt 🙊 I don’t get sunburnt ever but I forgot to put sunscreen.
And hey who will join me to this catamaran? 😉
Kawasan falls ❤ if you're in cebu you need to go here! Even if your not into cliff jumping or hiking you need to experience the beauty of this place! I sat in the water looking at the beams of sunlight breaking through the trees for about an hour, breath taking, it honestly left me feeling greatful for being alive and for being fortunate enough to experience such a place.

El nido was first inhabited a whopping 22.000 years ago! The Chinese regulrary visited the area of El nido for it’s ‘edible birds’. Much later in the 16th century, many migrants from the Cuyo Islands came to settle on the island. Currently, El nido is one of the top destinations for tourists in Palawan. Often, tourists visit the island for it’s beautiful beaches, jungles, caves and waterfalls. Here is an example of such a beautiful beach🌴.
Double tap if you would go here!
