I have massive admiration for women who the confidence to get out there and be themselves; often enjoying wearing a bikini public and not give a massive shit or doing something or even wearing an item of clothing that is more out the norm. I sure as shit wouldn’t be caught wearing a bikini in public let alone my own backyard, but that is due to my lack confidence and not loving my body the way I should. Body Shaming is not OK, no matter how big or small someone is. It is not OK to judge one another for doing something, that you are too ashamed of doing yourself. I just read an article on stuff about Bald and Beautiful (@BaldandBeaYOUtiful) she was at the beach over the weekend in Tauranga wearing a bikini (Good on her). A bunch of people had the indecency to point and laugh her. She had the courage to not let it affect her or ruin the day by letting these men get to her. I know that I wouldn’t have been able to do that and haven't been able to in the past. Good on you girlfriend for living life the way you want, without letting assholes like those men leaving any scars. I truly admire that.

Hi guys! One of my goals for 2019 was to read more. I LOVE reading 📖! So much so that when I was in high school, I would get detention for reading my books in class 😂🙈 I bought this book before my trip to Riviera Maya and I literally took it everywhere with me! I didn’t get a chance to finish it and things have been so crazy lately #life but I am finally picking it back up and so excited to finish it! Have you read it?? I love thrillers so this is right up my alley 😍 #tiuteam#tiucommunity#tiuloveyourbody
⁉️INSPIRING TRANSFORMATION-DOWN 52 Pounds 👇👇 How’s it going ladies and gents! Today I am excited to share my client and friend, Nicole Gengaro’s 53-week fitness journey.
Nicole had a rough past experience within her fitness journey. She competed in the past on a rigid cookie cutter diet and had a bad experience within her show recovery and reverse diet.
She gained a significant amount of weight back, developed poor relationships with food, and lost a lot of her happiness and confidence.
One of her main goals, when she came to me, was to develop sound habits within training and nutrition, improve her relationships with food, get her confidence and happiness back, hit the stage again, and keep the weight off for good.
In 53 weeks, we accomplished all of that!
What an honor it was to coach her and be a part of her journey. Nicole was such a Rockstar the entire time, followed the game plan, trusted me, never complained and or made excuses, and worked her ass off.
I couldn’t be more proud of Nicole and can’t thank her enough for allowing me to be part of the ride -

See all that shade?
That is the reason why I created this brand. Beauty, fashion AND sun protection! The signature Samui Carter wide brim gives you SO much more shade than a regular visor or cap.
This photo makes me so happy! (I mean it's also total #bodygoals too which doesn't hurt!) I would LOVE to see more pics of you all enjoying your Samui Carter! Please keep tagging your pics with #meetmeinsamuicarter or dm me your pics.
And if you're camera shy.. well this is the perfect visor for you because you can be cheeky and hide behind that gorgeous wide brim!
Living in Hawaii has definitely taught me to slow down and appreciate the small things but also to move and explore as much as possible... my goal is to stay healthy so I can always do this (even when I’m 70+) who else wants to be wrinkly and active??
With it being the new year everyone is looking to lose weight, get healthy or get fit. Except they usually look in the wrong places. There is no shake, pill, coffee, powder,or wrap that will get you the results you want. Yeah maybe temporarily but getting healthy isn't a quick fix. It is a lifestyle change. It takes time. Patience. Dedication. Commitment. Sacrifices. Busting ass.
This year don't make it another year of saying you want to hit this or that goal and not doing it because you are afraid to start. Don't lose a bunch of weight and gain it all back because you did a quick fix. Don't skip the gym because you have no idea what to do while there and feel like an idiot.
Find an accountability partner. Find a gym buddy. Find an at home workout you enjoy.
Eat healthy most the time but enjoy the things you love still. Don't give up food or restrict food. Learn balance. Learn moderation. Learn self control.
The question isn't what you will do to hit your goals. The question is how bad do you want it?
Make a plan. Make a commitment. And get started!! And if you don't know where to start...message me I am happy to help😀💪
