Dinner tonight was @musclefooduk bbq chicken with homemade sweet potato fries and salad😋
to make the fries i cut up the sweet potato and soaked them in cold water for about half an hour, then dried, sprayed with coconut fry light, seasoned them with garlic, rosemary and cinnamon (i know this sounds weird but trust me it’s so good!) then baked at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes🍟
