This weekend I took my preschooler out for some one-on-one time #butfirstcoffee so we stopped at @campbellcoffeehouse.
My honey latte was delicious! They have a great menu selection and the staff was friendly.
My husband and I are always saying how we wish there were places where the kids could play nearby while we enjoy some time with each other (& where we don’t have to do the cleanup😝)... Well, here it is!

A crunchy #TacoTuesday! I typically like my tacos with corn tortillas and veggies but this week I decided to change it up and do a veganized version of a more “fast food” meat taco. Crunchy corn shells with: lettuce, tomatoes, onion, @gardein beef crumbles with taco seasoning, cashew sour cream by @nora_cooks_vegan_ : 1 1/2 cups raw cashews (quick soaked-put them in a bowl with boiling water for 10-15 min) , 3/4 cup water, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice (about 1/2 a lemon squeezed), 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until VERY smooth. I added more ACV and lemon juice to give it more of a kick and less creaminess. Put in fridge to cool. Put all your ingredients in that crunchy shell and enjoy!!!
