Another floor barre inspiration: Brigitte Bardot!
While many actresses claimed to have been ballet dancers, BB was the real deal, dancing for Roland Petit’s company. ▪️
She was also a student of barre au sol creator Boris Kniaseff.
Just in case anyone was curious about how she trained her legendary “dancer legs” :)
I’m still fine tuning Dancer’s Guide to NYC, but I’ve also been working on another guide aswell, due to several requests!
I’ve been browsing around the internet to triple check my choices and was happy to find that several of my personal recs are not all over the internet 🤗anddd even a few vegan places I’ve found via google have since closed or changed addresses/names- very misleading.
My favorite of was one “vegan guide” to Paris, in which it offered a couple closed addresses and top five sites to visit: Tour Eiffel, Louvre, Notre Dame, Moulin Rouge and the Seine River 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
More like top 5 places Parisiens try to avoid! (DISCLAIMER there is a time and place to enjoy these world famous sites, but we aren’t doing it touristically 😉)
I am passionate about making travels more efficient and to the point (local experiences, not basic tourist fair). After reading this guide- one of the first results on google, I feel even more pressed to get my own guide ready ASAP! •
I always include a sample itinerary, and it will definitely be more in-depth then 5 famous monuments 😉👌🏽
Trying new things out: my dear friend and colleague @margherita_venturi and I will be checking out an actual vegan festival tomorrow in Paris! (I never thought I would see the day, feels so strange...vegan food in PARIS???) Stay tuned, we’ll bring you with us tomorrow afternoon (CEST)
