@paperboybali became our reg for our stay in Bali largely because of their glorious smoothie bowl. The “Kuta Baby” was hands down the best smoothie bowl we got our hot little hands on in Bali (which is saying something coz the smoothie bowl competition is fierce on an island where the main form of exercise is yoga and there is a one to one ratio of Aussie cafes to douchebaggy tourists in Bintang singlets). The smoothie was a lusciously thick blend of tropical fruits. It came with a generous helping of sliced mango, banana, and strawberries as well as a delicious homemade crunchy granola. We also had the peanut butter smoothie bowl which was still yom but not as delicious. •••
I would also highly recommend their smashed avo on toast. They had different varieties, but the summer avo came with cherry tomatoes, feta, lime and a poached egg and was pretty decent, and the salsa avo came with a Mexican flair and was delicious. We also tried the corn fritter eggs Benedict with chargrilled asparagus which was flavoursome and had a good crunch to it. Finally I’d recommend washing it all down with their spectacular iced coffee coz we guzzled that stuff like water. •••
Overall @paperboybali gets an 8/10, although as a standalone dish the smoothie bowl deserves a straight 9/10 🥥
This precious moments of life had arrived ! Becoming a part of school as an English teacher is a gift from God to take my little step on achieving my purposes of life. Although, in my first semester of teaching had many obstacles, keep trying to be better is the one of choices to face it. One of the toughest obstacles is adapting in an environment that make you get a bad sight even though what you do is petite. Doing something bigger in a good way, It's still, they get you what you did in a bad way. Such as writing so many words neatly and accidentally you write a wrong word. They'll look your mistake than your hard work. But, what can make me hold the fort till now? They, my students. Their smile to make keep up my good feeling. Their spirit for waiting my lesson, their cuteness when they're curious of finding what right answers are, their spoiled act way that can melt my fierce face, their enterprises to do the best that can relieve my frazzle, their noise when they call me or just want to flirt me. So many unforgettable things I'd miss from them. This gonna be the worthy slices of life in my first semester of teaching. See you on the next challenging semester and i couldn't wait for the new dares of teaching you all, my students.
Be a great, be brave and break the limit !
