Made coconut okra curry with chicken breast. I had it over the last remnants of the cauliflower rice. Very satisfying and yummy and great for my macros 👌👍😎 A serving of the okra curry was 181 calories and the total calories for my plate was 427 calories 47.2g protein 15.6g carbs 18.1g fat. Pretty stinking good if you ask me! 🧐😁 And I didn’t even have to go buy anything. I had all the ingredients on hand. I seriously LOVE eating based off macros and calories. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to traditional meal planning. This is so much easier and cheaper. And there’s practically no fold waste at all! I really do so good at using what I have instead kid buying a bunch of ingredients for meals and then having a bunch of surplus of ingredients and food going to waste as a result. Eating based off macros and calories I use everything I buy and I use up what I have already. I still haven’t re stocked my pantry at all because I want to use what I have all up before i buy more things. Cupboards fridge and freezer are finally starting to get pretty bare. And i like it! lol. Second exam! Balanced and bold entirely with airbrush❤️ honestly airbrush was one of the hardest techniques I’ve learned so far but it is 100% worth it😍 i want to give a special thank you as well to this girl right here because i didn’t have a model and she went through the trouble of traveling an hour on the bus just to be here for me today and I am forever thankful!!

Proud of this young man here @alphajosh_ and his drive to improve his stage performance! He is a living proof of you do not need injury in order have scar tissue build ups from your childhood sport. Came in with some discrepancy of muscle engagement! Worked a few session to help him engage the muscles they needed to be awaken and calm the ones that been overcompensating! If you don’t think past can affect your muscles and posture you are wrong! Body has a good memory but you can #overcome it if you bring #consciousness to your workout and performance! #consistent adjustments will add up and you will be a #happier and more #balanced athlete! I don’t eat gluten free grains hardly ever, buuut my one exception is pizza 🍕@modpizza has the BEST gluten free crust 😍 I feel so grateful for being able to treat myself to pizza every so often, because it’s a huge indicator to me of how far I’ve come in my healing journey AND my eating-out anxiety too, which really made it so much less enjoyable for a long time. Now, I ask the questions I need to know about ingredients or cross-contamination, and move on with my life.
My favorite one is the “calexico” which is hot sauce and blue cheese. I can dabble with dairy now so I get some blue cheese, and skip the mozzarella so we don’t go overboard on the non-organic non-grass-fed cheese. 👌🏼

werbung | Guten Morgen 😘 Leichten Muskelkater habe ich noch, denke aber der verschwindet während dem Aufwärmen. Denn heute ist wieder mein geliebter #LEGDAY dran👌🏼 Heute sind dann zum zweiten mal Frontsquats an der Maschine anstatt reguläre freie Kniebeugen. Macht irre Spaß!! Aber ich liebe meine Kniebeugen so und vermisse sie ein wenig!! 🙈 Mal schauen.. ein paar Trainingseinheiten gebe ich dem ganzen noch Zeit, wenn nicht werden halt wieder Kniebeugen gemacht! 😜 Was trainiert ihr heute? Trainiert ihr lieber frei oder an der Maschine? Ich trainiere eigentlich lieber frei, aber manchmal kann es meiner Meinung nach auch mehr Sinn machen an die Maschine zu gehen. Zumindest wenn es gegeben ist das man die Übung im vollen Bewegungsablauf und optimal ausgeführt trainieren kann. An der Maschine kann man sich oft noch besser auf den Muskel konzentrieren. So I've almost got to the end of my cut, and as you can see, I weight 3kg more than how I did at the end of my previous cut, last June
Over the summer, as I told you in my posts, I've been increasing my kcal intake. That allowed me to lift heavier in the gym, and put on muscle mass. I put on 6-7kg in total, including water, fat and muscles. Then I started a new cutting phase, to get rid of the extra fat and the result is... 3kg more on the scale, but pretty much the same body fat %
Am I worried? Absolutely not! I know that these 3kg are made of muscles, and I am so proud of them. I honestly love how I look in both pictures, but I'm not gonna lie, I prefer the right pic way more!! So don't be afraid of putting on some weight or even of putting on some fat, you will lose it eventually. But realize that muscles do weight!! And that if you wanna build your muscles and your shape, you have to embrace the fact that you may gain weight

Allora, sono quasi arrivata alla fine del mio cut e, come potete vedere, peso 3 kg in più di quanto pesassi a giugno, alla fine del mio scorso cut
Durante l'estate, come ho scritto in diversi post, ho aumentato il mio apporto di calorie. Questo mi ha permesso spingere di più in palestra e mettere su massa muscolare. Ho messo su 6-7 kg in totale, compresi acqua, grasso e muscoli. Poi ho iniziato una nuova fase di cut (definizione), per eliminare il grasso in eccesso e il risultato è ... 3 kg in più sulla bilancia, ma praticamente la stessa % di grasso
Sono preoccupata? Assolutamente no! So che questi 3 kg sono fatti di muscoli e sono super fiera dei miei progressi! Amo il mio corpo in entrambe le foto, ma ad essere sincera preferisco come sono ora !! Quindi non abbiate paura di aumentare di peso o addirittura di sporcarvi un pochino, se metterete grasso, poi lo potrete sempre togliere. Ma rendetevi conto che i muscoli pesano !! (COMMENTI 👇🏼)
