Morning Sunday! I’m feeling fairly spoilt with my morning schedule, (most likely the pain killers talking). But I have to say this as I virtually never have breakie in bed, or have I ever watched a sunrise rivals our PM’s. Not to mention I’m surrounded by some amazing doctors, nurses & hospital staff!
Only down side is still feeling a fair bit of pain from giving birth to 41cm of titanium🤕24hrs ago. But nothing a bit of bacon and eggs can’t clear up, oh and something they call Fentanyl 😂. It’s not a seasoning I know that much. HOLY SHIT! 💉💊💪💉💊💪💉💊💪 That’s some strong chilli sauce..... Ps, do not call me from the hours of 6.30am to 7.30am or 7pm to 6am. You won’t understand a word I’m saying and I won’t even remember talking to you.

External rotations-don’t need a lot of range of motion, keep elbow tucked in.
Rear delt flys- notice how I pull my shoulders down and back and then fly
External rotations- Keep elbow parallel with the floor
Single arm press
Main point- learn how to pull your shoulders down and back to avoid activating your traps and use your shoulder stabilizer muscles!

Each year in the US alone, more than 100,000 primates are used in barbaric, archaic, cruel “experiments”.
We burn them, mutilate them, force tubes down their throats, clamp vessels to their brain to give them strokes, and even hit them in the head to supposedly replicate head injuries.
None of this is necessary for the advancement of modern science. Yet we continue to do it because we have “furry test tubes” at our disposal, in the form of monkeys, rabbits, and other animals. We think other sentient animals are just here to do whatever we want to with them.
All of this is truly horrific, and it needs to stop. Please buy only products that are not tested on animals, and do what you can to help raise awareness of this unnecessary cruelty.
But, please also keep in mind that the vast majority of animals who are needlessly harmed and killed by humans are not done so in experiments, but for food.
Countless billions of cows, pigs, chickens, turkeys lambs and fishes are exploited and violently killed every year for foods no human biologically needs (and, in fact, that we are healthier avoiding altogether).
Please understand the suffering that our daily choices inflict on sentient animals, and (in addition to avoiding products tested on animals), please leave animal products off your plate forever.

I just wanted to briefly touch on something that I shared in my story that’s been heavy on my heart: negativity. It’s inevitable and can strike us directly OR indirectly. Maybe from comments we get or getting constantly plastered with things that make us full of self-doubt or “lesser”. I have definitely been there.
We live in a world that constantly tries to tell us we’re lacking. 👉🏼 We also live in a world that’s capable of uplifting us and reminding us of our worth. PERSPECTIVE ✨ IS EVERYTHING.
Choose where you serve your energy wisely, be a nice human bean and remember: you are not obligated to react or respond to another’s thoughts and opinions about you, especially if they’re unwarranted and not constructive in any way to bettering you as a person.
Chances are, they want a reaction from you, don’t give them the satisfaction of a reaction. You do you, boo. Just don’t be a poopy 💩 betch. Thx for coming to my Ted Talk ✌🏼
