Haven't got my new program from coach @ov_trap_selena so I did a little bro day, biceps and triceps, chasing that pump. Which was elusive. Also I think I may clean up the diet up some to get some more leaness in but try to still be at 275 lbs. Ultimately I'd try to just be heavier, for my height in powerlifting it might be optimal but the navy PRT keeps me from that. Starting point at 267 lbs on pic 2.

After indulging during the testing of all the Christmas delights this morning in readiness for our Christmas cookery class next month (photos being posted next!) 🎄 I thought I should be good and make something less calorific for dinner tonight. With an aubergine in my fridge needing to be used up I searched aubergine on our recipe bank www.cookidoo.co.uk and liked the look of Aubergeine & Tomato pasta. At 512 cals per portion & 17.3g of protein it’s still a really healthy meal but I wanted to cut down on the carbs so I replaced the pasta with bulgar wheat, quinoa & freekeh mixed grains & reduced the meal to about 350 cal per portion whilst still being totally nutritious, filling & tasting delicious. I love the @thermomixuk so much for it’s adaptivity. On this occasion I took the basics of the recipe ingredients & method and added a few things of my own.

Top 3 lifts from the meet. 485 lb PR deadlift. 315 lb bench (with long holds). 308 lb squat pr. Still a lot of form to work on. Idk what happened on bench, missing 336 lbs twice, a weight I usually do for a double or triple with no spotter. But now I still need to work on developing a form that includes leg drive and full body tension. Deadlifts are getting much more comfortable but need to build up hamstring strength and continue to work on sitting back. Squats, continue mobility work, hamstring strength and full body tension. #TeamSixKiller
