Pancakes or Waffles? ☀️
Funny thing is I used the exact same batter... and the same toppings 🙄
• 1 cup old fashioned oats (grind into flour)
• 1 banana (mashed) 🍌
• 1 egg 🥚
• dash of cinnamon
I poured half of the batter into a waffle maker and the other half into a pan to make pancakes. Topped with @nooshbrands coffee ☕️ flavored almond butter + @traderjoes unsweetened coconut flakes 🥥 and hemp seed + blueberries

Another new favorite granola that I baked today! Made with cocoa powder, almond butter @pintolapeanutbutter and sweetened with date syrup😋
Recipe- Mix 1 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 unsweetened desiccated coconut, 1/2 cup popped amaranth, 1 cup whole almonds, 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon and 1/4 cup cocoa powder. To this add 1/4 cup date syrup, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp vanilla essence and 1/4 cup organic almond butter. Mix well, spread on a parchment paper lined baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 300 or 150 degrees for 1 hour. Stir once halfway and then only after it has cooled completely.
Hump day happiness starts with muffins.

You could just go at it with a spoon, you could use it to whip up these ALMOND BUTTER BANANA MUFFINS, or both.
- 3 bananas
- 1/3 cup @crazyrichardspb almond butter - 2 tbsp @dignitycoconuts coconut oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed - 2 tbsp @liveglean beet powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- sliced almonds to top
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mash the bananas, then combine well with the rest of the wet ingredients.
3. Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then carefully fold into the wet batter.
4. Fill the lined mini muffin tins with the batter and top with sliced almonds.
5. Bake at 350 for about 18 minutes.
6. Let cool slightly, then ENJOY!

Oftentimes we think of “healthy eating” as eating salads + lean protein all the time. In Ayurveda we teach that about “ojas” which means vigor - or vitality and strength.
Many herbs, spices, and foods increase ojas in the body. Walnuts and almonds are two of them.
Ojas is said to be the pure substance that is accumulated from properly digested, nourishing food. It gives life and energy to the cells in the body. Less healthy foods (according to Ayurveda), like meat, processed foods, oily foods, reheated foods and foods that aren't freshly prepared, are close to impossible for the body to convert into ojas.
This week tune in right after every meal or snack to see if what you ate gave you more energy, gave you none, or didn’t make you feel good.
We are all about happy satiating nutrient packed snacks like this one!
If you have seen my story, I revealed what I eat for breakfast on some busy mornings when I don’t have time to make anything. If I plan ahead, I usually make myself a breakfast bowl to-go but that isn’t always feasible. But I love myself a @perfectbar because they are nutrient dense, they have great ingredients, fill me up until lunch and taste like heaven 🤤 But that doesn’t mean I still don’t wish I could have a breakfast bowl, like this one, every morning. ☕️ Cold Brew Overnight Oats

Coffee coffee coffee! Needed a big ‘ol tall cup of coffee this morning as well as these cold brew oats 😴 So glad it’s FriYAY! Can’t wait to sleep in a little tomorrow 💁🏽♀️
Bowl Deets 🥣
▫️1/2 cup Old-fashioned oats (@quaker)
▫️3/4 cup Cold Brew (@folgers)
▫️1/2 cup Unsweetened almond milk (@lovemysilk)
▫️1 tbsp Honey
▫️1/2 tbsp Chia seeds ▫️1 tsp Vanilla extract
The night before, mix all ingredients together in a mason jar. (Whenever I brew coffee for work, I’ll make extra and refrigerate it for future recipes.) Be sure to stir everything otherwise the chia seeds will start to clump.
Refrigerate overnight & either pour into a bowl or eat straight out of the jar in the morning! I topped mine with almond slices, almond butter, hemp seeds, & coconut shavings 😋

🍞 Sweet & Savory Toast
#ToastThursday anyone?? 😅 Having these super filling and yummy toasts for breakfast today - one savory, one sweet. You can never go wrong with a good old avocado toast no? And one with almond butter (@justins) and berries...heavenly 🤤 using fresh baked whole grain bread from @heb. Both topped with hemp seeds!

🍓 Strawberry Protein Smoothie Bowl

Oh so blissful 🤤 I even snuck in a little cauliflower 😉 and went all out with the toppings lol. Feeling good after my cycle class & now I’m rebuilding my muscles with this delicious protein smoothie bowl 💪🏼
What’s in my #coconutbowl 🥥
▫️1 Frozen banana
▫️1 cup Frozen strawberries
▫️1/4 cup Frozen cauliflower
▫️1 tbsp Chia seeds (@heb)
▫️1 scoop Unflavored protein powder (@myproteinus)
▫️1/4 cup Açaí juice
▫️1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond milk (@lovemysilk)
Blend it all together! I added frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, & almond butter (@maranathanutbutters) drizzle to mine.

My messy but yummy breakfast for today! Created this layered parfait at home this morning & now I’m enjoying it at work. Super easy, customizable & of course delicious!
Layered in my jar👇🏼
▫️Berries - strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
▫️Plain Greek yogurt (@heb)
▫️Honey almond granola (@bearnakedgranola)
▫️Raspberry drizzle (heat 5-6 raspberries in pan until liquid)
▫️Continue layering these items until you reach the top!

🍳 Eggs & Waffles 🥞

Just tried out a new class at the gym , Booty Camp, and man was it tough! I really needed a hearty breakfast after it & this is what I whipped up! Droooooling
What’s on my plate 🍽
▫️2 chocolate chip waffles, topped with banana slices, drizzled with almond butter & maple syrup, and sprinkled with some chia seeds.
▫️1 scrambled egg seasoned with salt & pepper, cooked in olive oil, and sprinkled with parsley & red crushed pepper.

🍯 Loaded Maple Brown Oatmeal

Happy Friday eve y’all! ❤️ I’m starting my morning off at work with some delicious loaded oatmeal. It’s so quick & easy to make here at work. Definitely will be keeping me full till snack time 😉
What’s in my bowl 🥣👇🏼
▫️1/2 cup quick oats (@heb)
▫️1 cup almond milk (@lovemysilk)
▫️1 tsp light brown sugar
▫️1/2 tbsp maple syrup
Combine all ingredients together in a microwave safe dish. Microwave for 1 1/2 mins - 2 mins.
Top with sliced almonds, shredded coconut, strawberries, blueberries, & drizzle with almond butter! Yum 🤤
took a smoothie on the go this morning 🏃🏻♀️but I’m throwing it back to this bowl I had last week- aka pretty much the same breakfast i had yesterday 🙃it’s been SO good and cozy!
