Moody mountain roads in the East Fjords. //
I'm finding that my favorite photos are always the ones I snap just for kicks. It's hardly ever the "final destination" that I find myself entranced by. There's a subtle beauty in the in-between moments that has always captured my soul.
People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don't find myself saying, "Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner." I don't try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds
Here is a cheetah named Sylvester, along with some of my other favorite wildlife shots from the trip. He was rescued by the Zimbabwe National Parks management after his family was killed by lions. He can no longer live in the wild because he wasn’t taught how to hunt by his mother, so now he acts as an ambassador cheetah to bring awareness to the species decreasing numbers. 🐆
