I release everything negative just as easy as exhaling
When I inhale I become a powerhouse house connecting to higher source
Everything good now comes to me because I’m open to allow it

White light Meditation
Sit comfortably with a straight spine legs crossed and eyes closed.
Breathe comfortably and naturally for awhile noticing the breath.
Allow any thoughts to float past you and drift into the distance.
On an inhale feel your body as a sponge soaking in the white light.
On the exhale expel the breath slowly and smoothly from your centre.
Inhale the white light letting it cleanse you with positive energy.
Exhale the negative and the toxic.
Repeat for 10 breaths feeling the white light swirl into any areas of pain.

What it is to be you, to be authentic?
I think there are two kind of authenticity: authenticity in the moment and higher authenticity. By practicing being true-full in every moment we have the chance to reach our higher authenticity, higher purer unique vibration of who we each are.
It’s hard to speak up sometimes, truth often push people away, but there are moments when your intuition- that authentic part of you just calling you to speak up. Well, do it, means it’s needed for everyone involved including you. In the worst case your authenticity will bring distraction. And distraction brings growth.

Taking the Reins of Your Self-Destructive Brain: Part 8 of My Journey
There's one more step to this series: changing those negative thoughts and reactions by using AFFIRMATIONS, talking about it with people you trust, knowing the things or situations that trigger your negative reactions and talking to people who have gone through something similar.
I've spoken about affirmations so often that I'm sure you don't need me to go into them - but if you're new to the term, I have a blog post on them! Just search for affirmations on my blog.
With time, patience, DAILY practice of affirmations and talking about what I was struggling with all put together, I saw positive changes that became more and more frequent. Although it occasionally still takes effort (usually when I'm more tired, stressed or hormonal!) the practice I've put in over time, shows. My book was partly written to celebrate the happiness I found through working everything written in this series - it's a book of 555 affirmations written for negative emotions, called You Are In Control Of Your Own Universe. Affirmations changed my life, and the ones in the book are the exact ones that I used in my own journey and am now sharing with you.

What does it mean to really think? How do you begin to think more upward bound?
Start out thinking - what do you really want? Not what do you think you can get. Not, what you think you can do. What do you really want? We're discouraged to go after what we want. Most people are not even aware of that. But as little kids, we'll go, “Mommy, Daddy, I want this.” And they look at you kind of silly, “Now how are you going to do that?” Or, “Where'sthe money going to come from?” And because the child can't answer it, they're stopped and pretty soon they stop asking for what they want and they stop thinking about it.
Because to get into what we want, we have to fantasize and then we turn the fantasy into a theory and that's when we really begin to think. So if there's going to be upward motion, upward movement or growth, we're going to have to think, but it's going to have to be directed towards a result that we truly do want. Life is a blessing, life is a gift. Always express gratitude. There will always be times when life gets you down, when you suffer heartbreak, sadness, and during these times you often think that you are suffering alone. But you are not alone, there are 7 billion people on Earth and everyone has been hurt, everyone has cried, everyone has felt sad and lonely at some point of time. Everyone has suffered illness, suffered loss, heartbreak, frustration, anger, stress, and frustration. When negativity strikes we feel like we are the only one suffering. Understand that suffering is a part of life, and if we look past the suffering, we will also see happiness, laughter and good times. Open your eyes, beauty is everywhere. The wonderful sunshine making everything sparkle, the beautiful cloud formation, the amazing rain refreshing and reviving. We should feel blessed to have eyes to see this. Realise that we are so privileged, there are people who can't even see. So Show gratitude. And instead of looking down feeling depressed, look up and feel blessed. Let go of the thinking that creates unhappiness and reach for the stars, living life with love and compassion, care and understanding, and knowing that just as we are creating our own sadness by focussing on negativities, we can create our own happiness too.
