There are a few moments in life that can really present them selves in your life that can alter the corse of your life! This was one of them and here is why!
This started out by me randomly asking her is she competed. After talking for a few moments, my attention then turned to Matt.. I asked him what he did and he said. Oh I manage Bodybuilders. I said oh thats cool, like who? And if I have to some up what he said in a few words it would be.
ALLLLL OF THEM!!! Lol, this guy sat here and listened to me talk about what I do, and my dreams blah blah blah and yet he was silent just taking it all in. He could of stoped me and said oh, I am like the GO-TO guy for this stuff. But instead he sat there listening.
This is sooo humbling to see a man that has his career and allow me, (a kid) really to talk about my self! I sat there and asked question after questions. When God presents some one who knows 93482728927428937 more about the industry that I am in, you sit and learn as much as you can!
What an honor it was to meet both of you, this guy manages literally all of the top guys I have looked up to al my life and he didn’t even brag about it. I learned alot about humility, and also about my industry!
I hope to one day be at the level that gets to work with him. It was truly an honor to meet him! @managermatt1

◾Half Squat Reverse Lunges ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
◾180 Jump Squats ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
◾Deadlift Pulses⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
Do each exercise for 50 seconds with 10 seconds rest in between. Repeat 5 times 🖐

Yes, I'm a gym addict. Being normal is boring for me. 🤷♂️😈🙌🏼✖️ Never liked normal, never wanted to look normal, never did normal. Boring. 👉 I love being a #gymaddict - doesn't matter if some people think I train too much, if someone (like that date I went on earlier this year) thought I was too shredded or if someone thinks I have too much muscles for their liking. 🤷♂️🖕Looking normal is boring to me. Hell, even the fragrances I wear are polarizing as f*ck, you either love how I smell or hate it, haha 😳🤷♂️😂 Always remember, never apologize for being a gym addict. Another Day In The Office, Throwback Edition. This day’s location happens to be one of my all time favorite places to work... @americanfamilyfitnesspro! And ol’ skool gym with an ol’ skool feel! So it was only right that we went back to the old school with basic, simple movements that tax the back and arms! Today’s employees were my good brothers @nodonutshere and @djanthonyl. Also, kudos to @laurinconlin who also joined us and kept up with us throughout the entire workout. Lots of volume in this workout: 3 different variations of lat Pulldowns, 2 different variations of seated cable row, t bar row, Hammer Strength Lat pulls, Tricep Rope Extensions, Cable Curls, Seated Bicep Curls with Bisolator machine, Forearms roles with a machine I’ve never seen in my entire life, and machine Tricep Extensions. I honestly believe I’m forgetting a few movements as well. We went H.A.M!
Time for some truth: The weekends in St Louis are jam packed with fun. Lots of laughs, lots of food, lots of drinking, just all around great atmospheres every where you go! BUT DON’T EVER GET IT TWISTED....THIS IS WORK! We are all here BECAUSE of what we do AWAY FROM HERE! So as painful as it may be after a night of drinking and hanging out, you gotta get your ass up the next day and GET TO IT! Maintain your WHY! This goes for your every day life as well. If you’re gonna hang out, HANG OUT! Just make sure you get your ass up and get busy the next day! Don’t allow yourself to slack and don’t allow the night before to be an excuse! YOU OWE YOU!
