Delts are still on the rise, along with quads and the obvious calves they are the main focus for growth on this bulk 🤙🏻

One week(ish) into the bulk and feeling fantastic. Trying to reverse diet relatively slowly to prevent excessive fat gain and, therefore, not become a certified fat lad.
