You are a beautiful survivor.
Those dark eye bags show how much of a hard working one you are, coming out from many sleepless nights to get to where you are today.
The scars on your stomach is a beautiful reminder of the life you brought into this world.
The stretch marks on your booty shows your booty gains which translates to you’re hella sexy.
The wrinkles developing around your eyes and mouth only shows how much of a jovial life you have. I like to call it the happy lines from too much smiling and laughing.
The scar that isn’t going to heal from a past injury, is a cool tattooed-like reminder of how strong you are. If you don’t agree, watch Harry Potter and see how famous a scar made him.
That weight people are asking you to lose or gain is a self-reminder of how it’s nobody’s business to tell you how to be yourself. But if you’re changing for you, it’s a great cue that nothing is easy in life but with hard work, comes results and a stronger you.
There is no such thing as a perfect body or a body defect. Don’t bother chasing your ideal perfection, but start to live in the now. Everyone has scars and ‘imperfections’ on the outside, some more than the others. And as you age, you will just collect more and more. Love them, embrace them and remind yourself that you are here today the way you are because you are a survivor now and forever.
