I love succulents for so many reasons! 😍 They have mastered the art of survival within the most challenging of environments. In that sense they inspire me. They can adapt and thrive no matter the circumstances. 🌵 Transplanting this little baby over to it’s own separate pot where it can have more room to grow and prosper 💕
I vow to trust in you and the life we will create together. I vow to take care of you at your worst and to celebrate you at your best. I vow to respect and love you to the end of our days. I vow to be with you after the days of this life. 🌵❤️ #mcwoodyoumarryme
End of season....
We cannot express how much love we feel for the people we met in Tonga. Everyday was a pleasure and the memories we have of the blue lagoon family will stay with us forever. Thank you to Boris, Karyn and the boys for opening your hearts and homes to us for 6 months. Thank you to our wonderful team for the company, food and laughter, the neighbours for the chats, parties, Morty's fresh salad and Werner's beautiful crafts. You will all be seeing us again of that we can be certain! Malo aupito Fofoa family! ❤
Anyway, here’s Wonder Wall-y. 📍Spokane, Washington

don’t look now, but your inbox is full of goodness Mrs. Robertson! 📸 👉🏻 💌
my last month has been absolutely wild, lots of changes for our household AND friends & family — can’t wait to breathe a little warm desert air in November & look back on what an amazing time 2018 has been. I have quite a few weddings in the books for next year, lots more travel scheduled and a firm dedication to explore more of my creative side 🧘🏼♀️ with that said I’m dragging hubs off to see @katlarsenyoga to restore some of that zen 🧡

Adventure, yeah. I guess that's what you call it when everybody comes back alive.” ― Mercedes Lacke
What’s stopping you from the adventure of a lifetime?
Hello World! 👋🏻 Welcome to #BackpackingWithBabe 🎒 an up close and personal look into how anyone can travel anywhere in the world without breaking the bank! Let us introduce ourselves; we are a late 20’s couple living in Las Vegas, Nevada, stuck in the world of 9-5 with our hearts forever falling for adventures we haven’t yet taken, food we haven’t eaten, unfamiliar cultures we have yet to experience, and cities & sights we have yet to see. G was born in Southern California and L was born in a suburb of Denver, we met in the nightlife world of Sin City and never looked back. As our love grew, so did our passion for adventures. We were always stuck somewhere in a daydream until one day, on an impulse, we got plane tickets across the globe, grabbed some backpacks and set off on a wild and spontaneous trip. We just went. We’re all about living in wanderlust without breaking the bank, we’re about going on adventures with our heads in the clouds while not going broke! Welcome to your one stop shop for all things adventurous, a normal person’s guide to the globe filled with travel tips & best kept secrets, backpacking do’s and dont’s, lessons learned (the hard way), all through our travel successes and flops. this is #BackpackingWithBabe We look forward to sharing our world with you and can’t wait for you to see the word through our eyes. Xoxo, G&L 💫

How much variety do you need in your exercise programming?
You guessed it: It depends! 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
In our modern, fast-paced exercise culture, I hypothesize that most people struggle with both too much and too little consistency, at the same time.
When most of us follow exercise programs, we do the same thing, day after day, month after month, sometimes year after year. Then, our bored brains seek new entertainment, and we fall out of the workout routine.
When it comes to fitness, attendance is the most important metric. I often find that attendance is more consistent when we include enough fluctuation in our workouts that each workout is mentally engaging.
I've been finding that if I include small variations on the classic lifts, I can approach each set with a curiosity that helps reinforce my consistency.
Take this half-kneeling sliding rack press, for example.
I've been doing some sort of overhead press variation every week for years, but I'm not sure I can recall the last time I've done THIS particular version. It was a new take on something old, and that helped me focus that much more.
The goal is to have just enough variety that you're building upon the same old movement, but not so much that the exercise totally changes. If you can walk that fine line, you'll be better set up for long-term progress!
These last few workouts before wedding weekend are meaningful for both mind and body, and I'm excited to continue that consistency when @kktapper and I are off on our honeymoon adventures!
When I think about our wedding day my mind is flooded with a white light that must be blind happiness. There were smiles, tears, laughs, and breathless moments. We had family and friends both near and far just pushing love into our day. We had complete strangers working so hard for a day that felt like absolute perfection. We will never forget the lightening bolt of love that was October 6th ⚡️❤️ #mcwoodyoumarryme

NorCal country rolling beneath the friendly sunset 😌 I couldn’t help but ask these two to run up just one more hill to capture these last bits of daylight.

Wander where the WiFi is weak - it will strengthen your connection! 📶
We hiked about 10 miles last weekend and our favorite part was the amount of time we just got to talk about everything- our goals, our fears, everything - all while laughing and exercising 💪🏼.
Couples- do get lost in nature AND in conversation on the trail? It’s like our therapy! 👫 ⛰
This spot was terribly windy but worth the view. Thanks @patagonia for keeping me warm 😍😉
Sam and I are coming up on our first winter in Reno. We are use to California winters, so give me allll the cold weather tips!!! ❄️
