Our body's use water in all it's cells, organs and tissues to help regulate our body temperature and maintain it's basic bodily functions.
We lose water in our body through breathing, sweating, digesting, etc. That's why it is so important to rehydrate by drinking lots of fluids and eating foods that contain water.
Everyday I drink at least 2 litres of water and have my Herbal Aloe Concentrate to help increase my hydration levels💦
Herbal Aloe Concentrate has so many amazing benefits. By adding it to water it provides a refreshing and soothing drink AND helps you achieve the required fluid intake of 2-3 litres per day!
Mix 3-4 capfuls (15-20 ml) of Herbal Aloe Concentrate with ½ a cup (120ml) of water.

Vegan tacos for dinner 🌮 🌮 👏👏 healthy eating doesn’t take much time at all. Cut up some veggies, sautéed mushrooms, onion and garlic with taco seasoning and fry a little tofu in the same pan. Took about 15 mins from start to plate. Bloody delicious 🙌🙌🌱🌱

Hier, im März in der Tramuntana, bin ich zum ersten Mal Rennrad gefahren 🚵🏼♀️ - und jetzt habe ich endlich ein eigenes, jiiipphie!! 😀 Mein Cyclocrosser kam am Samstag an, und ich hab' den flotten Kerl direkt zusammengebaut. 🔧 Nach ein paar zaghaften Runden kreuz und quer durch die Tiefgarage (ich hatte echt Schiss, dass alle Teile gleich wieder auseinanderfallen... 🙈), ging's heute auf Jungfernfahrt: 100km durchs Alte Land, mit den St. Pauli Triathleten. 🚴🏼♀️💨 Das war einfach meeega! ☀️ Geiles Wetter, nette Leute und munteres Auspowern! Zum Abschluss des Tages bin ich noch ein bisschen über die Waldwege im Volkspark gebrettert - muss ja schauen, was der Crosser so drauf hat. Hemp seed fat bomb. It’s a low sugar treat for those who likes their treats everyday like me 😅 I mean, how can you not?! Lol. .
Deets: 1/2 C of hemp seeds, 1/2 C of melted nut butter of choose (I used @sunbutter unsweetened sunflower butter), 1/4 C of cacao nibs, and 1/4 C of coconut oil. .
What to do: mix all the ingredients in a bowl, and pour in a small bin on parchment paper. Then freeze for an hour. That’s it 🙌🏻
S’accorder un jour de repos... pour aller gambader au dessus du lac 🙈⛰ On est parti avec le soleil rentré sous la pluie, entre temps on en a pris plein les yeux sur cette rando que je connais par cœur mais que j’adore: une vue sur le lac à couper le souffle , la Tournette toujours au dessus de nous, des gros cailloux où crapahuter, des jolies prairies où gambader... si on fait abstraction des vilains drones qu’on croise de plus en plus au dessus de nos têtes en montagne 😡 ( sans déconner les gars faire voler un drone plus de 40 minutes non stop ?! C’est super moche pour les gens qui viennent chercher du calme en montagne!) c’était un dimanche ressourçant je peux attaquer la dernière ligne droite avant l’ouverture sereinement... ou pas 😂
