3 tips to get visible abs ▫️Eat enough protein: protein will help you build lean muscle as well as burn body fat ▫️Focus on your diet: in order to burn fat and reveal abs it is important to eat a balanced diet▫️Cardio: add cardio to your exercises. If you don’t like cardio like me, add interval training to your program. -
I train abs 3-4 times a week and mix up exercises every workout. Doing 100 crunches everyday won’t give you visible abs..
🥊 WARNING. LONG SAPPY POST 🥊
Let’s talk... I hate showing feelings! (Hence the reason people tell me I seem like a complete ass before they get to know me). I even contemplated this post BUT people need to know they aren’t alone. These past 2-3 months I’ve been struck with anxiety & sadness, to the point to where I was having 1-2 emotional breakdowns a DAY. I felt stupid for feeling this way. In all honesty, I don’t know how I got my ass out of bed, went to both jobs or even managed to keep my shit together while on the clock. I secluded myself from most people, mostly friends. I rejected most invitations to go out because I would much rather stay In and let ”it” take over me. • As everyone knows I work at VASA, what you don't know is how many people we in the fitness industry run into that deal with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, the list goes on. I truly believe last week the world finally told me to FIGHT THIS. ( cheesy I know 🙃 ) but I had THREE people cry and vent to me all in the same week, about how hard depression/anxiety is. We talked about how training helped them feel more energetic. Long story short I got so much positive feedback. It made me want to go out and do more for myself. • So with that being said, If you're feeling sad, anxious or depressed. TALK to someone. VENT. Let people know how you're feeling. I promise you aren't alone. Even if it feels like you are. Don't let it get to you and take control of YOUR BODY. • To everyone else, BE FUCKING NICE!!! You truly don't know what people are going through❤️🥊 .
On a side note. My first kickboxing experience was AMAZING. ( I Literally have no coordination at all😂 )
