Today’s push day workout to get them book shelve pecs, cannonball boulders of shoulders, and triceps that will intercept anyone who tell you that you aren’t an absolute unit.
Today’s full workout:
-Flat barbell bench press 4x8
-DB incline alternating chess press 4x12
-DB iso-hold for 30 seconds
-Cable chest fly 4x15
-DB lateral raises 4x10 + DB incline front raises 4x10
-Face pulls 4x12 + upright row 4x12
-Rear delts fly 3x15
-Rope tricep pushdowns 4x10
-Skullcrushers 4x12 + incline narrow pushups 4x12
-will sit 10 feet away from u and glare, but will crawl into ur lap if u have food.
-screams but only bites kinda hard Bc he loves u.
-big belly to test your self control Bc if u touch it u die
-runs around when he has to poop .
