Notice the phrase, "roadblocks that stop you." There will be bumps in the road. However, it is your choice whether you will let it stop you from reaching your vision.
Setting milestones rather than trying to achieve one big picture all at once is key. The process is so much more important than the final outcome.
If you have a vision of losing 100 pounds, start with a milestone of starting your fitness journey tomorrow with some sort of exercise. Then set a new milestone for the next day or week.
