By far the best my bench has felt in a very long, long time. Not quite in unchartered territory, but definitely nudging my way there.
Sometimes self coaching can be a royal pain in the ass, but other times it can be super fucking rewarding. Today is one of those times when it’s been super rewarding, as I’ve pretty successfully been able to distinguish between where I am and where and I want to be, and not let ego rule my sessions as they have in the past.

Though the weekend Master ChunHae (Blue Ocean) Sunsanim guided members through deep healing training.
We awakened to the big realization and happiness that "Yes!! We CAN heal ourselves!!"
Members felt so much love and hope for themselves afterwards. Through repetition and sincere heart, you can heal, change and grow!

If you had to choose one when you train heeling (or focused heeling) with your dog, which would you choose? 1) dog lagging behind; or 2) dog forging ahead. I get that no one wants either lol. It’s just a hypothetical question. I personally hate it when #1 happens, because I know it’s usually a result of lack of motivation. I’ve shown a few different example now of how specific clothes, undies, lighting and posture can completely change a persons image on social media. .
There is no way I stand how I’m standing on the right.. I’d pull my back or fart from tensing so hard. .
Let’s try and keep realism in the game- because I sure as hell don’t care what the F I look like when I’m training. .
If anyone looks good when they’re training... they ain’t pushing themselves. ✌🏼

Finished my leg workout today and was feeling pretty down, was about to walk out the door and loaded the bar up and put everything I had left into this. Been thinking about my mom a lot lately. 💔Been putting me in a pretty dark place. Not sure what I’d do if I didn’t find fitness. This has 100% been my antidepressant. Anytime I find myself going back down that path I turn to the weights. Some people turn to drugs or alcohol. This right here is what takes my pain away.
As empaths, some of us may come to a dilemma and we ask ourselves if we have to directly help the world or not. The answer is not all of us will do it and anyways, we help the world by being ourselves and as authentic as we can and by doing so, we give room to others to do the same! Victim state of mind can be really subtle sometimes. Empaths, sensitives, indigos, crystals, rainbows, starseeds and aliens, we're here to transcend that state and help this planet by being ourselves, whatever form it takes. It gives room to others to do the same at their own speed!

One of the secret of this holographic universe is to be as authentic as possible. The more you are able to do that, the more you are coming from a heart space and therefore, attracting more abundance!
Free Nutrition Advice
In my opinion, almost every eating style and diet out there does work as advertised. For the MOST part. I believe that most people wouldn’t spend all that time and energy into something if it wasn’t for something they believe in. BUT, a lot of people are trying to be unique and create something new in hopes of grabbing your attention. Which I’m still totally fine with... BUT again, here’s what I struggle with... WHY, oh WHY, would you want to be constantly measuring or following something that changes your life so much that it changes the dynamic of your day?! A lot of these diets are hard AF to follow AND time consuming.
You want to look better and stop doing weird sh*^? Just workout hard and EARN your CARBS. Try not to eat carbs at any other point during the day except after workouts. I’ve been doing this for YEARS and it works amazing. No meal plans needed. Just fats and proteins all day and carbs post workout. I usually shoot 50-100 grams depending on how hard my workout was.
So again, I’m not saying my way is better than anyone else’s, I’m just saying it’s the easiest to follow and it’s free if you just read this post. It’s hard to follow at first, but then you get use to it. And yes, I mess up here and there, but for the most part that is my goal everyday. If I’m wrong, then I wouldn’t be ripped in every photo as far back as you can find... I stay lean 365 because of what I just told you.
