I still remember the third time I travelled to Coron, Palawan. I wasn’t expecting anything anymore because the first two times were a little disappointing because of the bad weather. Don’t get me wrong. The Coron I saw back then was already beautiful even with the gloomy skies but I knew it could’ve looked much much better. So they may be right to say that the third time’s a charm. When we did the island hopping, I’ve never been so blown away by nature’s beauty. The water was crystal clear. This photo was taken during that time. This was definitely the first time when I was able to capture and give justice to Coron’s wonders. #MakeFirstMomentsHappen

@dr.hanzsum having a laid-back afternoon at Mansalangan Sandbar in Balabac, Palawan!
How we got to Balabac:
🔹 From Manila, we flew with Cebu Pacific Air to Puerto Princesa. Check the LOWEST rates here:
🔹 From PP, we rode a Van to Buliluyan for 6 hours.
🔹 From Buliluyan, we took a boat and travelled to Candaraman Island, Balabac where we set up our tent. This island is our take off point for island hopping.
It usually takes around 2 hours boat ride from Candaraman to Punta Sebaring.
The secret ricefields of Antique. Just a few kilometers south from Boracay, and yet with so little visitors! We had a great time walking the fields, and meeting the lovely lady of this little hut up here. Little Bali, I am telling ya ;)
The arm of Mararison, reaching for his mother on the shore. Mararison is told to be one of three siblings. He and his brother and sister angered the chief god, who threw them into the sea. Turning them into islands.
With his mother and father being a vulcano and mountain on the mainland, they are separated forever..
