Made some new friends today!!!🦈👶🏽🦈💦 It’s amazing how fast a fear can turn into a fascination and how fast that fascination can turn into a love, and respect and puuuuure excitement!! I can’t stop smiling! Movies and such teach us to fear this wild creature and my kids definitely had those influences broken down today!! What a gorgeous misunderstood creature! They didn’t want leave and claiming today was the best day ever!! Merci beacoup for the photo and for this next level experience and even challenging my kids to step outside their comfort zone and discover something completely new!! @tahititourismenorthamerica@temoanatours@oliveraphotography💕✌🏾💕✌🏾💕 #LoveTahiti#TheIslandsofTahiti#embracedbyMana#familytravel

As a photographer, I like shooting at night time the most. It challenges me and it’s always fun to do a long exposure and see what the camera sees.
When I was in Bora Bora, I was traveling for the tourism board so I was taking pics like non stop! I asked for one of the over water bungalows on the end so I could mess around at night time and not worry about disturbing other guests.
This was one of the shots I took. I remember when I walked far away from all the lights the Milky Way was incredible. So I took a picture of the sky and then went back to my pier and took several pictures of me at different positions on the deck. Half of them turned out blurry because I didn’t sit still long enough. But a few worked out great.
Then I combined them and this is the result.
