We welcome Amaranta Fontcuberta, a graduate student at Université de Lausanne, to our lab for the next two months! During her visit to Riverside, Amaranta will be continuing to investigate the link between social organization and life-history strategies, and how these factors in an alpine Formica ant species affect adaptation patterns to the environment. We are excited to have her in the lab!
Did you know that turquoise color is associated with serenity, balance and creativity! It combines the psychological effects of blue, green and yellow colors. Maybe that’s why people are so drawn to it! And maybe that’s why whenever I’m at Oeschinensee I instantly feel happy and in peace✌️Such a magical place. PS That’s a straight out-of-Iphone photo, no saturation adjustments! Enjoy! 💙💚💛
