When you take a second to see how your life is slowly changing, you can really start to appreciate the journey.⠀
This might just seem like a little sticky note to most, but it means a lot to me. The numbers on the left are the number of times I was able to do 3 different exercises in one minute last week. The numbers on the right? Those are my numbers from today. So maybe the scale didn’t budge this week and my nutrition wasn’t great, but I am a little stronger and a little faster than I was 7 days ago. 16 to 40? That’s progress if I’ve ever seen it. 👊🏼⠀
So wherever you are seeing progress, celebrate it. Tell yourself “great work” and smile back at yourself in the mirror. You deserve it. 🥰

I’ve carried 8 babies (6 to term).
I am far from being considered a model, but I am me.
I love food.
I have curves.
I have a little more fat than I should (working on that). I have scars, some you see, some you can’t, because I have a history.
Some people love me, some people don’t.
I’m ok with not being everyone’s cup of tea.
I’ve done some good stuff and some bad stuff.
I almost never wear make up or get my hair done 💁♀️ I don’t have the prettiest Instagram feed.
I’m random and sometimes sarcastic.
I don’t pretend to be someone I’m not.
I am who I am, love me or not.
I won’t change.
And if I love you, I do it with ALL my heart! 💕💕
