Dedicating this first post to lay out what my goals are for both this page and my progression.
1- I’ve created this page to share what I’m passionate about. I am wanting to share videos of my favourite workouts, different meal plans and progress pictures. I am hoping people who come across this page are inspired to improve and thrive in whichever situation. If I can manage that then I will feel that this has been a success. 2- Currently, I’m 85.9 kg and I am setting the goal of cutting down to 78kg by the end of September whilst maintaining as much strength as possible.
