FINALLY BACK IN THE GYM!!😂
I am so happy to finally be back at it today! It’s been a long week of the stomach flu, but other than a little residual bloat, I am feeling 💯% again!🙏🙌
Today was a full lower body workout🍑💪🏻
First movement is a front to back squat using a pre-weighted barbell. Five reps in the front, five reps in the back. Rest and repeat 3-4x😛
Second movement is a a banded crab walk to jump. Go for 10 jumps in a set. Repeat this exercise 3-4x as well with 15-30 seconds rest in between sets😘
Third and final movement is a fun one! Basically I’m using kettlebells to balance my upper body and doing a quick jump into a plank then jumping back up to starting position for a kettlebell deadlift. Hope you guys are having a fabulous week and enjoy this workout!💕😘🌺
