🇬🇧 Big changes inside me are going hand in hand with huge emotional breakdowns. It's exhausting for me and people around too. So I said: "Enough!" I bought a book 10 minutes, 10 months, 10 years and I was excited by a genial thought. I have begun to practice it immediately. It's how I serve to the world. I don't wanna behave like a cow anymore.

Motivation is desire. It is the “fire” that fuels great performances, outstanding victories, persistence, perseverance, determination and drive.
It is the explanation for why some athletes have a winning “attitude”. It is the rationale behind “mental-toughness”. It is the strength and the character that allows athletes to overcome adversity, setbacks, disappointments, injuries and non-selections.
It is the seemingly endless energy driving athletes to complete even the toughest, most challenging and most exhausting workouts.
Motivation is the cornerstone of success for every great athlete and every great athletic achievement.
Coaches constantly seek the magic pill or the miracle ingredient or the breakthrough technique to motivate their athletes and it is all a waste of time: you can’t motivate anyone to do anything. And besides….motivation is not your job
Took a break from Instagram to figure out what was I really doing wrong. I didn't wanted to post same shit everyday telling myself to be more strict. I tried everything but was still lagging behind. But today was different, I woke up today highly motivated and it resulted in a good productive day. Although the evening was not productive at all but I think it's due the fact that I got exhausted by working a lot during the day. I hope I get used to this kind of work ethic and make my evenings productive too. I now realise that I should have posted the last 2 days too because that is the point of this challenge to not only show the "ups" during the journey but the "downs" too. -

Look at this amazing team! @stuieig and his son as his teammate makes a formidable pair as they grind it on the battle rope! As a father, we want our sons to learn great and good things from us - the value of a healthy and active life is tops! 🏋️🏋️🏋️
You can have excuses, or you can have results- but you can’t have both. Make TODAY the day you decide to work toward something, even if it’s something small! “A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step” 🙏🏻

Always be the best person you can be. Be kind even when you’re tired. Be understanding even when your angry. Do more than you’re asked, and don’t ask for anything either. Listen when someone talks, and really listen too, stop thinking of how you’ll reply. Tell people that you love them and that you appreciate them. Go out of your way to do things for people. Be the greatest person you can possibly be and when you mess up, make up for it in the next moment or minute or day. Never spend tour time trying to prove to anybody that hour great, your actions will speak for themselves and we only have limited time on this earth, don’t waste it. If someone doesn’t see your light, don’t worry. Like moths, good people are attracted to flame and to light, and they will come”💗
