Something I’ve recently been trying to manage is not allowing other peoples actions around me dictate how I feel. When you acknowledge that your feeling is created by the thought you have about someone else’s action you take back control. So when someone around me has bad energy I recognize that it is my thoughts about them that is the bad energy. Maybe I dont agree with their actions however I have learned that what they do 1) doesnt have to effect me 2) has nothing to do with me but everything to do with them. Instead of spending time in worry I step back breathe into the discomfort through meditation which brings me back into alignment and I remember, “I am the beautiful golden light that has traveled much further than this and no one else can touch this beautiful light of mine. I am perfect and I am exactly where I should be.”

So what keeps you in check throughout the day to ensure you get all your meals in? Are you a meal skipper? So busy throughout the day, and not realizing you’re starving until it’s too late 👹insert hangry .
So these meals right here, a total of 10 for the week.....I do 4 total, it’s works better for me, 2 out 2 at home😉 took me a total of 30min😳
Exactly, meal prep doesn’t have to be complicated, you just have to get in the habit of doing! Each week it gets easier and easier, until one day, you can bust out these numbers in your 😴 .

I’VE LOST 18 POUNDS SINCE DECEMBER WITHOUT DIETING‼️

The famous question I’ve been getting a minimum of 2-3x a day..
Truth is... just being consistent with my nutrition; taking @1stphorm Opti Greens, eating GOOD WHOLE foods, and training hard.
There is no secret. There is no magic pill. It’s finding what WORKS for YOUR body and then being consistent.
I can honestly say, before I met @drew_christian_ I was always entertaining the idea of “dieting” off and on... when am I going to “lean out?”... “should I diet for this?”... “am I really happy with my body?”
These last 8 months, the word “DIET” hasn’t even crossed my mind. I use to have a ton of digestive issues due to competing, but I can finally say - I have healed my gut and have NEVER felt better and it’s showing on the outside😭
Taking my “diet” from 70/30 to mmm I’d say 95/5 has been a game changer. I eat to feel good and train to look good!😜
Dialing the two in effortlessly, my cortisol levels are down, my gut health is UP, and my body is FINALLY running the way it should! Hallelujah!🙏🏼
Learning to track macros has been an absolute GAME CHANGER in my life. Being able to look at almost any plate of food and dissect it mentally to know what my body is taking in, is beyond empowering.

I almost got hired in an Uber while heading to my parents’ place.
Who are you in the face of crazy circumstances?
Well who I am got tested tonight!
Two hours ago I got out of a kickboxing class.
I was drenched.
I reached into my bag to grab my keys—which weren’t there.
I reached out to my fiancé.
He had left for the night shift.
I reached out to my landlord.
He couldn’t remember the code to his spare key’s lockbox.
I reached out to my broker.
His office was closed.
If this were you, at which point would you have lost it?
So with nowhere else to go, I ordered an Uber to spend the night with my parents, who live 45 minutes away.
My driver and I spent those 45 minutes talking about his vision for his business.
We have a follow up call tomorrow.
Here’s the thing—
Life’s circumstances can suck.
It doesn’t mean we have to suck with them.
Instead, consider all of those crazy moments are your chance to practice being who you say you are in the world.
A level-headed coach.

To be honest, I didn't always love my legs, but then, I've learned to appreciate and celebrate myself, just as I am. I realized that my legs are strong and they carry me every single day. Our bodies are amazing and something to be grateful for. I'm ME and that's really enough! .

Once I realized what my goals were, everything changed.
I originally wanted to be skinny. I thought that eating less, exercising more, and being ‘smaller’ would make me happy and my life seemingly perfect.
Well I did all of that, but I definitely wasn’t happier. In fact, when I was at my lightest weight, I was weak, tired and more alarming was that my mental health was at its lowest point. Anxiety, depression, and body dysmorphia.
It took therapy, personal learning experiences and on my own timeline, to realize that this was not what my actual goals were. This was just comparison in what I saw online and in magazines that society made us to believe was bliss. I went from wanting to be skinny, to focusing on a true healthy balance.
The tools I have applied, in order of what I believe to be of importance:
Sustainable healthy balance
Nutrition (in the form of a flexible approach)
Strength training (specifically powerlifting)
Adherence and discipline (in respect to goals)
Everyone needs to experience things for themselves in order to really understand what works best for their lifestyle and goals. It’s ok for goals to change, and heck it’s also ok to not know what your goals are. But whatever you do, make sure it’s sustainable and healthy for your lifestyle.
