Not that long ago I used to starve myself from happiness, miss out on social occasions, hating my training sessions, binge eat then make it come back up, hate my body but put up posts in the hopes that a like will make me change my mind... I was so unhappy though I looked amazing to everyone else.
Now I have finally found my happy body!
I'm never hungry, I don't get grumpy out of fatigue, I eat to fuel my sessions and recover my body, I train for hours and love it, I have meals out and never feel guilty and though I don't have a dream body it's a dream to love the way I feel and perform. 😌
If you want to be better work harder, if you want to be happy seek what fulfills you, if you want to perform better fuel yourself right, if you want to change your body you have the power to! At the end of the day we have to love ourselves for what we're capable of because if you have limbs, a working heart and brain then you're capable of anything and you're lucky! 🏋️♀️ We need to appreciate ourselves and what we have more often.
Work hard and you'll reap the results! If you want it you'll get it - just start 😊

☝️Shoulders have always been one of my favorite body parts to train, i like to put dumbbell Arnold press in my routine as it burns the shit outta my delts and gives me a crazy pump🔥
🗣Sit on an exercise bench with back support and hold two dumbbells in front of you at about upper chest level with your palms facing your body and your elbows bent. Tip: Your arms should be next to your torso. The starting position should look like the contracted portion of a dumbbell curl.
🗣Now to perform the movement, raise the dumbbells as you rotate the palms of your hands until they are facing forward.
🗣Continue lifting the dumbbells until your arms are extended above you in straight arm position. Breathe out as you perform this portion of the movement.
🗣After a second pause at the top, begin to lower the dumbbells to the original position by rotating the palms of your hands towards you. Tip: The left arm will be rotated in a counter clockwise manner while the right one will be rotated clockwise. Breathe in as you perform this portion of the movement.

Dear ladies did you know you can get a nice lean tummy, small waist, strong abs, big glutes and firm legs just from squatting?
There are millions of exercises out there but nothing beats the basics!
Do not be scared of weights. The more muscle you have the less fat you have, aswell as being strong and fit. 😍
When lifting more, something you should incorporate to strengthen your squats are lunges. Often we don't realise we are favouring a side during a squat and can lead to injury - by incorporating single leg movements like lunges you're forced to strengthen both legs equally which will also strengthen your squat.
A good squat also means you must have good hamstrings, heavy barbell hip thrusts and romanian deadlifts will also benefit your squat. 😌
Engaging your glutes, strengthening your hamstrings and quads will get you powerful, toned and beautiful legs! ❤
