For most of my teenage years and into my early 20s, I was embarrassed to flex my arms or take my shirt off, even in the privacy of my own room. I knew I didn’t like how I looked, but I allowed myself to continue to do nothing about it.
Flash forward, June 2018. Everywhere around me, social media, on the beach (it was June), my vacation to Miami, I saw so many people who’s bodies I was “envious” of. This was nothing new - I had always wished to “look like that” but again, wasn’t doing anything about it. At that point, I started thinking, why am I envious of that person’s body, when in reality all I really am, is not happy with my own? What am I doing/can I do about it? Why am I wasting so much energy WISHING I had a body I was happy with, versus actually DOING SOMETHING about it? This was a new train of thought for me - I had never really thought that I could actually do something about it.
Right around that time is when I tried Herbalife products for the first time, and it’s changed my life ever since. It became clear to me that what I didn’t know, what I couldn’t figure out was how to keep up with my fast paced life, crazy job, and also take care of myself at the same time. Herbalife Nutrition changed that for me.
It’s been 6 short months so far, but in that time, I can confidently flex my arms and see results, I feel empowered, I actually know what I’m doing when I walk through the gym doors, I have people who walk up to me and ask me questions about the workouts I do. I’ve helped several people, as a wellness coach, start to feel better about themselves through use of the same products I use every day and a straight forward gym routine. And most of all, I am becoming more and more HAPPY with my body and the progress I am making, because I now understand how to take care of, and get the results that I have for so long been wanting to just magically happen.
If you do anything this upcoming #newyear ,figure out what it is that is stopping you from breaking down that wall of #insecurities , and make a change to better yourself. I’m telling you, #itsworthit
This is my Land Shark and I am so proud of him
He has gone from 215 lbs to 175 lbs. He works out like a FREAKING BEAST and is strategic with his nutrition
He is 60 years old and in my opinion, looks better than several 40/50ish men I know
Good job @scotkoch1958

The mind is always more transparent than it seems. You have to keep it forged in order to expand it, there is no such thing as limited space. Keep your mind on fire!
This 🙌 forever making memories with my two little treasures and looking forward to making more this week in @iceland but travelling with kids definitely isn't all sunshines and rainbows... We had a 4.30am start today, spent about 5 hours traveling and me and @btrim have endured approximately 168 tantrums #isitbedtimeyet#itsworthit#makememories#lovetotravel

The best ways of marketing were email and banner advertising, but I needed images... and they were very expensive. Jon Oringer
