Didn't retest my deadlifts tonight, but I did touch base with 2 attempts. First being my potential opener at 275, and next being 315.
Of course there is still plenty of time for that to increase but I'm happy with how fast 275 flew up. 💯
Starting to see some results at the gym. Feeling stronger and more toned!💪🏽

I’ve been going to the gym consistently between 2-4 times a week over the last 3 months. Might not seem extraordinary to most people, but to me it is a HUGE achievement!
When I was 19 I started suffering from fatigue, which grew into a range of other health issues and prevented me from going to the gym consistently. I would feel sick for months, never being able to exercise and then finally gain more energy, only to blow it in a couple of weeks and fall back into fatigue 😣

Through a lot of discipline and hard work I’ve managed to get to point where my health is good and steady! If you want something bad enough you will make it happen (also having the right resources helps).
