A lo largo de mi camino espirirual he aprendido, que en la vida existe una ley universal llamada "ley del espejo", que nos recuerda que todo eso que nos desagrada de los otros, toda esa maldad, toda esa ira, toda esa xenofobia que podemos percibir en los demás contra nostros, no es más que un reflejo, de todo eso que llevamos desde adentro..
Si algo he aprendido del mundo de los espíritus, es que los otros no vienen a darnos o a quitarnor, ni a amarnos, ni a odiarnos, ni a ayudarnos, ni a jodernos; los demás viene a nuestras vidas, a servirnos como espejo (y viceversa), para que de este modo sanemos nuestras heridas o reforcemos nuestros talentos.
A nadie le gustan las injusticias, todos desaprobamos las guerras, todos repudiamos la xenofobia, sin embargo, cuándo alguien nos agrede, o alguien nos alaga, la pregunta no debería ser buscando un ¿por que?, sino mas bien, reflexionar sobre ¿qué es lo que estamos reflejando en el otro, a traves de su agresión o a traves de su alago, que está en nosotros?, si queremos que la xenofobia, el bulling, las guerras y las injusticias acaben, revisemonos primero, identidicando cuanto de eso que vemos afuera, esta en nosotros.
Descubriremos que el mundo solo nos ha servido como un espejo, para que sanemos esas heridas que siempre han estado ahi, o para que resaltemos esa luz que mora en nosotros, pero que tuvimos que ver en los demás, para poder sacarlas a flote y disfrutarlas o sanarlas.
El cambio empieza en nosotros!!

Before I was a mum, I had complete control over my mind and thoughts, I slept all night, I never looked into teary eyes and cried, I never got gloriously happy over a cheeky smile, I never sat up all hours of the night rocking a baby to sleep, I never held a sleeping baby just because I didn’t want to put him down, I never felt my heart break into a million pieces when I couldn’t stop the hurt, I never knew something so small could effect my life in such a positive way, I never knew how much I’d love being a mum. Before becoming a mum, I never knew I could possibly love someone so much 💕

through my frequent emotional ups 🙂 and downs 🙃 one thing I find does wonders is keeping a journal. writing down my thoughts helps keep them in check. Journaling is a wonderful tool for self analysis. ☺️ While writing ✍🏻 I’m able to reach deep down and familiarize myself with certain subconscious feelings I might otherwise overlook or ignore. I think it’s particularly helpful if you struggle with depression or anxiety as it helps to gain better control of your emotions which improves mental health 😊 Now while I believe it’s important to express our sadness and to have a place to put down any thoughts of despair I also believe it’s important to include some self-appreciation and gratitude for the things that are going well in our lives 🙏🏼 so if, like me, you’re feeling the Blue Monday ☹️ vibes why don’t you try writing down 5 things you’re grateful for before going to sleep tonight 🌙 I know that’s what I’ll be doing 😉 xo
