Been feeling this for a while. I truly believe that the reason the #keto lifestyle works for me is because it's structured but I don't tell myself no. If I want cake or bread I eat it and don't think much of it. I may eat only one piece now, and only if I'm hungry not as a comfort anymore #treatyoself , but I never "earn" food. If we stopped making food taboo and started making it what it is, fuel or art or an experience or all three, we'd all be in a better place. #doyouboo

To be honest the 2nd rep wasn't overly difficult, but I denied my ego a 3rd, I'm very grown up, mature, and sensible these days 🙄
