”I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” #John 16:33 .
Such a great reminder. 💙
Let the memory of these words provide great encouragement and strength to you whenever you face difficult times. Even if it seems like the entire world is trying to wipe you out, you can hold on to the promise that Jesus has overcome the world; He is overcoming the world; and He will always overcome the world. So regardless of what you are facing today, you can hold fast to that knowledge by faith: Jesus has already overcome the world....and He is with you to help you enforce the victory you possess in Him in the midst of whatever you are facing.
"Family" isn't defined only by last name or by blood; it's defined by commitment and by love. It means showing up when they need it most. It means having each other's back. It means choosing to love each other even on those days when you struggle to like each other. It means never giving up on each other.
Have a superb day My Beautiful Insta family. 🐼🙏😊
Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
1 John 2:15-16 KJV
I would say 2018 was one of the most hardest year for me. Many things happened in that year. It being my first year out of high schools to me questioning myself Whether the degree I have chosen is the right one for me and leading to me a shouting out so many people and losing a lot of friendships to losing 4 family members in African a month apart from each other and lot and lots of other things and to me deciding to moving to Brisbane now many people who know me will tell you that I am not one to like change very much I’ve always been afraid of change, it was something that sacred me soo much, I grow up and went to school with the same people from year three to year 12 and pretty much the same friends in and out of school . Same sport for many years so I never liked change. I’m someone who loves motivating and Encouraging people But I’ve never really been good at encouraging and motivating myself I always let my fears and my insecurities get the best of me for many people who know me will say that I’m such a happy person always laughing and always has a smile on my face and looked like Ive got it all figured out but the fact is I didn’t I just got soo use to Not showing my pains and hurt but Since taking a risk and getting out of my comfort zone and moving away and not having and family or close friends, I only had God my relationship grow with him soo much. I found myself constantly praying reading my bible and I’m telling you I’ve learnt so much about myself , my strengths and weakness, I’ve learn how to love myself more through God, because everyday I just feel his love in my life (Slide the photo to read more )
Good morning beautiful people. Trust we’re having a great day so far.
•Remember that you have been created in Christ to live the good life God has arranged for you and in essence, God wants to lead you to your promised land. However in order to follow God some things have to be let go because He will have prepare you to have capacity for where He’s taking you to.
•Change in this context isn’t necessarily a bad or scary thing, it just means doing new things and letting go of old things that does not align with the will of God over your life. For instance letting go of negative thoughts to embracing positive thoughts, getting out of your comfort zone to where God has called you.
•God is a good father and He will never forsake you, however you need to make conscious decisions to possess your promise land and not be lazy about it. Follow God wholeheartedly and trust Him on the marvelous journey that He has prepared ahead.
•God is preparing us to fulfill destiny and helping us to be willing to accept change in order to possess our promise land, Amen. ❤️
BIBLE VERSE OF THE DAY:
Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them. For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world.
1 John 2:15-16 NIV
Holy Spirit, help me to examine my heart honestly and expose any jealousy, resentment or frustration in me that has developed from comparing myself to others. I want to be all that You want me to be and live the life You have for me. Amen.

You don't have to earn the love of God before you accept it. Just accept it! You can't get your life on your own until you accept the Love God offers.
Never feel unworthy
Never feel you don't deserve it!
God's love reaches far and until you accept and embraced it, you'll never find satisfaction.
The secret to ultimate emotional satisfaction is to pursue a mad, passionate love relationship with the one who purifies our hearts, and the one who strengthens our hearts against worldly temptations. The secret is to focus your heart on your first love - Shannon Ethridge.
God hath not promised skies always blue,
Flower-strewn pathways all our lives through;
God hath not promised sun without rain,
Joy without sorrow, peace without pain.
God hath not promised we shall not know
Toil and temptation, trouble and woe;
He hath not told us we shall not bear
Many a burden, many a care.
God hath not promised smooth roads and wide,
Swift, easy travel, needing no guide;
Never a mountain, rocky and steep,
Never a river, turbid and deep.
But God hath promised strength for the day,
Rest for the labor, light for the way,
Grace for the trials, help from above,
Unfailing sympathy, undying love.
✏ Write this down and keep it somewhere where you'll see it every morning. A quote from Debi Pearl's book - Created To Be His Help Meet.
🍃 This particular quote originally was intended to remind a wife to have a grateful heart and wake up with joy to serve her husband, resulting in a successful marriage. However, this can be applied to every aspect of life, such as work, relationships, and our attitude as a whole.
🌞 We must not spend our lives moping around with bad attitudes if something isn't going our way. When was the last time the world changed to go your way?
🙏🏽 Meditate on this verse: ✞
Cast thy burden upon the Lord , and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.
Psalms 55:22 KJV
🙌🏽 Leave your cares in God's hands, he WILL sustain you and give you a heart of worship, enabling you to praise him for a new day, everyday. 🍃🏵
Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I’d study Theology let alone get into ministry, yet by the grace of God here I am! Thanks to my mom for the guidance, to my sisters for the support and to my dad for paving the way for me, BUT MOST OF ALL thank You Jesus for giving me another chance ❤️...here we go!! #letsgo#jointhejourney
Hey fam!! It’s day 2 of the topic week! This weeks topic is LOVE! God loves you so so much. John 3:16 says, “For God so LOVED the world that he GAVE his only begotten son that whoever believes in him shall not perish and have everlasting life.” I know this verse has been said so many times and you probably know it by heart, but when you think about it, it’s a very powerful verse. Because God LOVED the world, he GAVE his son. WHAT? God loved us so much that he gave his only son to die in the cross, for us? How crazy is that? That’s God’s love. Never underestimate his love for you, because he’s always there. In the hardships, the struggles, he is with you. He knows you can breakthrough. Remember how much God loves you! I love you all! God bless yas!
I will abandon the ordinary and step into the messy, because sometimes to live a better story we have to leave what we know for the great unknown.//
Beautiful words and 📷 by @writtentospeak – They’ve been rolling around in my head, and I just had to share this.
