🔥 BULKING ZONE: I (@anaiszanotti ) always do a lean bulk, I don’t believe in putting on a bunch of weight then cutting, it will take longer to get back in shape.
While I am bulking I am focusing on big lifting, I give myself more time to recover in between sets, I usually train to failure.
🍠For my nutrition, I eat clean, but more volume of foods.
2 cheat meals per week and those cheat meals are always on the days I have my big lift.
🔥 SHREDDING ZONE, I add cardio up to 4 times per week, usually after my session.
I keep my reps in between 8-12 reps range, still challenging myself, and doing some big lifts at the beginning of the training.
The difference is I have LESS REST TIME, I usually superset my exercises, I rest in between the supersets no more than 45 secs = increasing calorie expenditure. ☺️☺️
I still have a cheat meal, but less caloric than when I am on my bulk phase, I usually have it on my refeed day.
