So since starting MNU I’m always learning, and most of it is stuff I’ve believed my self at some point, just to find out I’ve been wrong.
So just thought I’d start sharing what I’m learning now and hope I’m on the right path and if not be put right 😊. So It has been proven that gluten is not bad for your health or fat loss.
Most claims are anecdotal.
“I feel so much better for cutting out gluten/I’m actually losing weight now”
Don’t get me wrong if these people feel better for this then that’s great as it works for them. But it doesn’t now mean that gluten is bad for your health or fat loss.
What happens when you cut out gluten?
It will often lead to reduction in calories,
(weight loss) & better dietary quality or Cutting our suspect foods.
There is no direct effect of gluten.

If you feel any pain in your lower back as you use the ab wheel, stop and build up your core strength with other exercises, like planks and walkouts before giving it a go again.
▪️ Remembet that it takes a lot of control and strength, from both your core and your entire body, to use the tool correctly. If you need to regress your movement, that’s OK. Just keep going and don’t give up 💯.
