Still stuck on your glute developement?
As a variety of factors come to mind would like to emphasize on a certain aspect linked to a mandatory need to know basis.Maybe still training around the popular glute training myths?
Certain exercises that really work “the glute-ham-tie-in”?Trouble is there is no glute-ham-tie-in muscle,and those certain exercises that make you feel the “developement burn” are actually due to a very poor level of physical fitness.This could contribute only to you being able to run up and down the stairs really really fast,like in a general conditioning bonus.Aestheticaly speaking you need to diferentiate the exercises that make you look good vs the exercises that make you feel good.
Aestheticaly building a muscle requires little to none emotional involvement just a very specific understanding of anatomy/bone structure/aethetics/specific hipertrofy exercises for lengthening or thickening the targeted muscle.
So before “Grinding it out” make sure you give a thourough thought to your approach.
Have a killer workout boys and girls and remember if you still training your peach with squats, make your you make them GLUTE dominant, not hamstring or quads!💪
