🦄 I DO drink pure therapeutic ketones (1-2/day) 💪🏻 As a personal trainer for the last 18 years, I have been the one who supported others and rooted for their success, while allowing my own fitness goals and health to sit on the back burner. It was also imbedded into my head, with the mass amounts of trainings and continuing education, that you eat 5-6 times per day, never skip breakfast, eat low-fat, and workout 4-6 times per week. I no longer believe that, at all! 🙌🏻 Well, I still workout everyday, BUT my way of eating has drastically changed, and for the BETTER.
I didn't realize how much inflammation I was carrying around until I did my measurements. I've been following a ketogenic way of eating since the end of November 2017 and absolutely LOVE the keto way! I initially lost 14 pounds in the beginning, but not much body fat loss. (I'm about the BF%, NOT the scale!). Summer came and I kinda fell into the summer haze of eating REALLY DIRTY/LAZY keto. Now, with a 10 pound loss, I'm down 5.5 pounds in FAT MASS! WOOT!! WOOT!! 🎉
