Its very hard for me to realize my accomplishments and I know that might be a bad thing but before I know it im engaging in a different objective not taking in consideration the progress i have made. So this post is me stopping and being in the moment

Nothing beats having a quality breakfast to start the day off well.
It is not about the quick and convenient, largely processed cereals.
It is about making sustainable, quality changes, every single day.
Little things add up and perhaps beginning the day with a nutritious breakfast is a start for you!
and if you ever fall off, make sure you have that one person who will be there to call you out, tell you your excuses are weak, and remind you what you’re made of (not excuses). we’re only human. only as strong as our ability to overcome our weakest moments. we all need someone to remind us that there’s light after dark, that the best is always yet to come, that giving up doesn’t resolve anything and often yields little relief.
find your people. find your strength. daily life can be lived alone for those of us who are solo-doers, but not without the need for the occasional assist.
Today I celebrate walking into any store and trying anything my little heart desired. Gone are the days where I am limited to the accessory section. This is so exciting lol. Expensive NSV, but exciting AF 🤗🤗
