La bontà del cioccolato proposta in Quattro modi diversi : Dolce stratificato composto da Morbido Biscuit al cioccolato fondente, accompagnato da un friabile croccante di cacao amaro e gruè di cacao, uno strato di delicato confit di frutti rossi, finito da una morbida mousse al cioccolato fondente 70%, ricoperto da un glassaggio lucido al cioccolato fondente o alla fragola.
Kit Kat Brownies ⠀⠀
300g caster sugar⠀⠀
150g light brown sugar⠀⠀
150g butter, melted⠀⠀
225g plain flour⠀⠀
90g cocoa powder⠀⠀
150g 70% dark chocolate, melted⠀⠀
150ml whole milk⠀⠀
8 x 4 finger Kit Kat bars, 2 crushed, 6 left whole⠀⠀
Grease and line a 20cm x 20cm brownie tin and preheat the oven to 180 C / 160 C fan.⠀⠀
Make the brownies: Whisk eggs into sugars until well combined then add the melted butter and stir to incorporate. Add the flour and cocoa powder then stir through the melted chocolate. Next, add your milk and mix through thoroughly until you have a smooth batter.⠀⠀
Pour half of the mixture into the prepared tin and smooth with a palette knife then press the whole Kit Kats into the mixture. Spread the remaining half of batter on top of the Kit Kats in the tin. Smooth the top and then sprinkle with the reserved Kit Kats and bake for 40 minutes or until cooked through and a skewer inserted into the brownies comes out nearly clean.⠀⠀
Set aside to cool and then slice into squares.

Milk Chocolate vs. Dark Chocolate

Dark chocolate is “the healthier chocolate” but it has MORE calories than Milk!
..The real question is, are most people who eat chocolate, choosing to eat it for its health benefits?🤔

Dark chocolate has been given a lot of good publicity in recent years, but a lot of the research is funded for by chocolate such companies and focuses on the COCOA EXTRACT found in dark chocolate, not the actual chocolate.
The thing is that, although cocoa does have some benefits, this cocoa is mixed with lots of fats and sugars so these “benefits” can be obtained through so many other superfoods too without the extra saturated fat and sugar.
In fact, Milk Chocolate has less fat and more calcium✅
I personally do not like dark chocolate ❌🙇🏻♀️
..and so therefore, if I am going to eat that magical stuff🍫 I damn well choose the one I actually ENJOY the most What’s your fav?
Chocolate is generally eaten as a treat for most, so if we are eating it (as part of an overall healthy lifestyle!) I think it’s ABOUT TIME WE STOP FEELING GUILTY about choosing milk/white chocolate and just choose
WHAT WE ACTUALLY ENJOY THE MOST
(even if that’s dark chocolate too-sorry if I’ve offended dark chocolare lovers out there🍫😘!).
