*"Don't be too eager and overly elaborative to impress each other in your love lives lest your memorable first impressions will turn into hurtful false impressions"* - Qwesi Nabila Zakariah.
Playing @ukfootgolf at @ashton_court_ in 8 days with Footgolf kicking off The Annual Gentlemen's Open next Saturday.
FootGolf has grown in popularity in the last 4 years, bringing with it a split approval. With many golf clubs having to adapt their courses to introduce FootGolf holes and layouts, it has left many loyal golf “purists” disgruntled and unhappy with such changes.
That being said, Footgolf has grown in popularity and has brought more “business” to Golf Clubs around the UK and the world (keeping Golf courses open) and whilst pure golfers have to share their courses with “footballing” golfers, the sport has been exceptionally well promoted with tournaments being played both domestically and globally.
This shall be the first time I have played, but I am looking forward to it along with the 7 other competitors.
Click here for more details and info, of where to play and how to get involved.
Maintaining proper balance between being a good student and being able to enjoy your College life is crucial.
In College, Not everyday do we get a chance to show off our skills and grab something in return,
Not everyday do we have an arsenal of events to choose from to participate in,
Not everyday do we have the freedom to show our excellence in any field of our choice. So the Hobby Club HBTU is here to provide you with opportunities for the same. So grab these opportunities and make the most out of it. #hbtu#ruchihaar2K18#8daystogo
I’m taking a chance here. VSG surgery comes with risks, but we all know they are worth it. When its all done, it also comes with things we don’t want. Sagging skin, hair loss, did I say hair loss? I don’t know why I have been so freaked out about the hair loss part. I have short hair as it is and I honestly like my hair!!!! I am taking action now. I have been told I was crazy for doing this. “I don’t think you can preemptively cut off hair loss” but you know what, I DON’T CARE! I’m doing what I can now! It’s no secret I’m obsessed with SeneGence and I sell it, so I’m trying out the haircovery system. I’m being a total guinea pig. If this works, I will shout it from the roof tops to all my fellow #bariatricsisters that this is the magic stuff. I’ve been using it for just over a week now and I love it so far but the growth factor takes a bit so I’ll keep you posted. I just want my hair! I don’t think I’m asking a lot here universe!!! YOU HEAR ME!?!? ;)

MWAI TREENETAR PHIRI | GRADUATING STUDENT, BACHELOR OF LAWS – LLB.
I can boldly say Cavendish University has made me a better person. It has helped me develop a positive attitude towards my studies and discover more about myself. The institution has a conducive environment for learning, and is a comfortable place to study too. As years went by, I witnessed the growth of Cavendish University as a pioneer in the private education sector of Zambia. Though the programme I pursued was challenging, it pushed me out of my comfort zone and taught me new skills. The Lecturers were always welcoming and would assist whenever I had issues. They were present to offer continual positive feedback and encouragement, and this helped keep me on track. I learnt how to research, manage my time, interpret the Law, as well as obtain and understand professional practices.
My goal now is to use what I have learnt in my degree to encourage young people to achieve their goals and contribute to the legal fraternity and the society.
I am now working with Thandwe Legal Practitioners and it is an exciting time for me with the prospect of pushing myself further, in my education and career. I am proud to identify myself as a Cavendish law alumni.
