Over the last 3 days the golf course has witnessed flags being stolen and marker posts thrown in ponds or stabbed into wooden barriers.
Can we please request that if you see anyone on the course who you have doubts as to whether or not they should be there, you contact the golf reception.
If you see anyone causing willful damage please contact police Scotland on 101.
We appreciate your assistance and hope that together we can catch the culprits.
Today the greenkeeping team are carrying out some light renovation work on the greens. Micro cores are being removed to create little pots that will protect the fescue that is being used to over-seed the greens. Once the seed is sown a light dressing of sand will be applied to restore the surfaces.
Some temporary greens will be in play today to allow the greenkeeping team to work safely, we apologise for any disruption caused.

Yesterday's NC Green keepers emptied and sorted 3 bins from the golf course, the 1st picture shows the unsorted waste and the other 3 show the waste after sorting.
This is a task the greenkeeping team have to daily and although it doesn't take long it would save time if waste was placed in the appropriate bins.
We aim to be a zero waste to landfill site by 2020 but we can only do this with the help of our members and visitors so please think before you bin it and help lighten the load for the greenkeeping team.
