✨Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies✨
It’s like a bowl of Cookie Crisp! Minus all the bad stuff🙅🏼♀️
¼ cup unsweetened coconut butter, melted
3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp coconut flour
3 tbsp chopped walnuts
3 tbsp finely chopped 100% dark primal chocolate
Cream together coconut butter and monk fruit.
Add egg and vanilla and keep mixing until combined.
Add flour and once a dough forms, add chocolate and nuts.
Scoop into 1” balls onto sheet pan and bake at 350 for 13 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes before enjoying!
✨Paleo Turtle Brownies✨

3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
¼ cup melted 72% Primal Chocolate
⅓ cup coconut sugar
1 egg(sub 1 flax egg)
1.5 tbsp arrowroot powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
¼ cup melted Unsweetened Roasted Coconut Butter
Salted Caramel Layer✨
5 dates, pitted
1 cup hot water
1 tbsp unsweetened roasted coconut butter
⅛ tsp sea salt
¼ cup pecans
¼ cup melted chocolate
-In large bowl, mix oil, chocolate, sugar and egg.
-Add arrowroot powder and cocoa powder. -Carefully pour and spread in 8x8” pan.
-Pour melted Sweet and Salty over brownie batter and carefully swirl into the top.
-Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
-Take out of oven and let cool completely.
-Soak the dates in hot water for 20 minutes. Drain and transfer to food processor.
-Add 3 tbsp of the hot water into the dates, and keep blending, until most larger pieces are gone and it is starting to become smooth. You may need to scrape down the sides a couple times during this process.
-Add the coconut butter and salt, and keep blending until a smooth, sticky caramel is formed.
✨Spread caramel over the cooled brownies, sprinkle the pecans over the top and drizzle the chocolate over the whole thing and enjoy!

✨Vanilla Paleo Cupcakes✨
Who needs sprinkles when you can just break up a Caramel Sea Salt Cup and throw it on top of your cupcake😍
1⅓ cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
½ cup milk(your favorite kind, we use coconut milk)
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
½ cup maple syrup
For the icing✨
1 cup melted chocolate spread
⅓ cup melted unsweetened roasted coconut butter
Whisk together all dry ingredients in large bowl.
In separate small bowl, whisk together rest of wet ingredients and add to dry mixture.
Whisk together until completely combined and fill 12 cupcake liners with the finished batter.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, then let cool completely.
Whisk together melted chocolate spread with unsweetened roasted coconut butter. It will thicken up and be a perfect icing consistency!
Spread or pipe some icing on each cupcake and enjoy!!

✨Paleo S’mores Cookies✨
Looking for s’more paleo recipes?! Look no further😊️🍪
½ cup butter/ghee/solid coconut oil
3/4 cup maple sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup cassava flour
1 cup chopped Signature Dark Primal Chocolate
¼ cup chopped paleo marshmallows**
In stand mixer, beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Scrape down sides and add egg, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
In separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
Fold in chopped chocolate and marshmallow pieces.
Scoop onto baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
1 cup maple syrup
½ cup water
.5 oz powdered gelatin(2 packets)
¼ cup water
Pinch of salt
½ tsp vanilla
-In a saucepan, combine maple syrup and ½ cup water. Bring to light boil on medium heat.
-Continue boiling for 10-15 minutes or until a candy thermometer reaches 240 degrees.
-While it is boiling, in a small dish, combine gelatin and ¼ cup of water and mix. Set aside.
-Once maple syrup mixture reaches 240 degrees, take off heat and mix in gelatin mixture with whisk until smooth.
-Transfer to mixer with whip attachment and beat on high for about 10-15 minutes. This will get very light in color and triple in size.
-Add salt and vanilla to mixer and once incorporated, stop mixer and transfer marshmallow to an 8x8” heavily greased pan/dish.
-Let setup for 2-3 hours before cutting.
