Mental toughness is learned. It’s not a skill that everyone has, or is born with. There are people that are born tougher than others mentally, or figure things out earlier in their life. But if you have motivation you can acquire mental toughness, it’s just about what your body gets used to putting up with.
In the broadest sense, mental toughness can be defined as the ability to maintain the focus and determination to complete a course of action despite difficulty or consequences...to never quit, period.
To many athletes and coaches, it’s an innate quality that can’t be trained. Theyll say“Mental toughness is usually something you’re born with or develop very early in life due to your surroundings,” True...It’s hard to take a wuss and make him a hardcore no matter what you do
unless you throw him in prison Or something..
Still, it’s fair to assume that anyone can improve his tolerance, patience, and concentration, just as anyone can get bigger, leaner, or better educated.

Product of tough love.
Few month ago you came and you were satisfied and happy with the level of fitness you reached. I told you that it can be better, there's always room for improvement. My mentality is to never settle down in the confort zone and always look for the better version of yourself. You told me I was tough on you, But know I'll always be, because nobody will tell you the truth. We don't know what it is to be strong Until shit happen. So work harder. So when it will happen, we'll be ready. "It is Better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener in a war".
Proud of you sis . You been pushing yourself beyond my expectations and now look more ripped than me lol. Good job @elodie.gretchanovski

In my world, those that train at 70% of capacity attain 70% of their capacity. To commit, in my world, requires a man step up and handle 102% of capacity—consistently and repeatedly. The immediate gains and ongoing progress is attained by regularly and routinely and systematically exceeding current capacities. The elite powerlifter or elite spec ops fighter can routinely and regularly will themselves to operate past their capacity; no big deal at this level; strength of mind is one of the reasons why the elite are the elite. Breaking somebody is the goal. You get him to quit trying to win, he tries to survive. It’s there a lot, but often people don’t see it. You have to have done it quite a few times or you’ll miss the key point, because he can come back, Once he shows signs of breaking, if you don’t take advantage, there’s a chance of him coming back. So keep pressure on at all times. #STAYHUNGRY#WESTPOINT#boxinglife#boxingday#boxinggym#boxing#Imaboxer#dreambutdontsleep
Some highlights from Paris. Great food, great people, great monuments. Interesting to rediscover my country with an external point of view. We unfortunately Appreciate most things only once we lost them. We all need to learn how to be grateful for what we have in the present. #paris#vacation#eiffeltower#louvre#versailles#sacrecoeur
